What is a handmade printmaking Artwork?
All prints are limited edition, hand-signed and hand-numbered by artist. Every prints its unique with subtle differences in color, tone, and texture due the nature of hand-pulled printmaking process. The "matrix" (plate) is manually inked, wiped, and pressed for each individual impression, creating inking variations.

What is the purchase process?
The price does not included Shipping cost or other possibles expenses. Once we received your information address we will get back to you to proceed with your purchase.
Before ship the artwork, you will receive a photo of packaging process. A certificate of Authenticity and care instructions will be included. CV from the artist could be found in the section “About” in the website
Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes, we ship internationally.
Please note that VAT, import taxes, and customs fees are not included in your purchase price. FedEx will contact you with a link to pay these charges prior to delivery, and these fees go directly to your government’s customs office.

What shipping carrier do you use?
All Canada domestic orders will be shipped via FedEx. International orders (selected countries) will be shipped via FEDEX International. Shipping fees are charged as a flat rate per country / zones.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are generally processed in 5–10 business days.
All Canada domestic orders delivery time varies but is typically 3-7 business days.
International orders may take 7-21 business days, depending on customs and destination.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and via Paypal. Payments by check are not accepted.

How are the prints packaged? Do you ship prints flat or rolled?
Orders of small size prints are shipped flat, placed in protective sleeves between sheets of cardboard inside bubble wrapped envelope to ensure safe delivery.
Medium size, bigger prints are wrapped in kraft paper with paper protecting the image surface rolled in a crush-proof tube.
What do I do if the item’s packaging is torn or damaged?
We cannot replace or repair damaged packaging. However, in the case your print itself is damaged, please contact us at hello.irmagutierrezart@gmail.com

Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of these prints / artworks, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.
